Plunketts Cottage has 3 bedrooms over 2 floors. Sleeping 6 plus an occasional double sofa bed. The cottage is a mid terrace ex-farm workers cottage. It has been renovated to a high standard creating a bright and pleasant holiday home with an airy feel, only a very short distance from the coast and wonderful North Norfolk beaches.
A welcoming cosy lounge with open fireplace, complete with television, DVD, video and music centre. The second/snug lounge offers a separate quiet sitting area including a double sofa bed for occasional use enabling extra guests where needed. The modern kitchen/dining room is fully equipped it has a cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The sunny dining area in the conservatory seats up to 10 people.
This has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is a double, with an en-suite shower room, this has a built-in wardrobe and under bed storage drawers. The 2nd bedroom is a roomy twin bedded room with a walk-in wardrobe. The 3rd bedroom is a bunk bedded room. The family bathroom has a bath and a separate shower with WC and basin.
The garden is mainly lawn and mature shrubs, patio furniture for al-fresco dining complete with barbeque. There are panoramic views over the surrounding open countryside. Plenty of off road parking is available behind the cottage.
Quality bed linen is supplied but please bring your own towels with you.
The cottage is heated electrically and this is included in the price.
The owners request guests to adhere to the no smoking policy inside the cottage.

Bookings are made for 7 or 14 nights Friday to Friday. Short breaks are available outside of peak season, these are normally 3 nights from a Friday to Monday or 4 nights Monday to Friday
The area around Plunketts Cottage is some of the best real estates of the North Norfolk Heritage Coast. Brancaster, Brancaster Staithe and Old Hunstanton Beaches are some of the best beaches in the area and are all within easy reach.
Walking, bird watching, bike riding, playing golf, crabbing (everyone who comes to Norfolk needs to do this once – ask a local), making sand castles, paddling or just relaxing in the garden or on the beach are all great ways to unwind here.
High quality, handicap inspiring golf is available at Hunstanton, Sheringham and Cromer. Horse racing is at Fakenham Racecourse please check the meetings dates online to see if any coincide with your holidays.
Lots of water sports/activities can be enjoyed close by, with sailing, canoeing, kite surfing, paddle boarding and seal colony boat viewing trips.
Kings Lynn is a stone’s throw away for the shopping fraternity and for the theatre or cinema and great restaurants around the recently regenerated quayside area of the town.
Sandringham, Blickling and Holkham estates are all great days out too, pack a picnic and they become essential family days out.
