Sunset Retreat provides the perfect getaway for you and your family.
The entrance hall leads into the lounge which can seat up to 6 people on a sofa and 4 chairs. A great place to relax and perfect for some much-needed family time. It has a drop leaf table should you wish to eat in, a coffee table and access to outside. The roaring open fire is perfect for those colder months and the property also comes additional electric radiators. This heating configuration ensures Sunset Retreat is at the perfect temperature for you.
There is a TV, music system, books and games to create those happy memories that will last for years to come.
Across the hall is a well-equipped family shower room with toilet and washbasin.
The Galley kitchen comes complete with an oven, a hob, a microwave, a fridge freezer and all the appliances expected in a traditional family kitchen.
The hallway its self-has plenty of space for hanging storage of wellies, coats and walking shoes.
The bedrooms comprise of a bunk bedded room ideal for children, complete with hanging space and a double room.
The double bedroom is at the end of the hall with plenty of hanging space for all of your clothes.
Outside and garden
The front garden provides the ideal space for the kids to run around. The garden here is surrounded by a picket fence to ensure they maintain safe at all times.
Between the garden and the bungalow is a patio with outdoor seating and a BBQ for when the weather is nice. There is also a fire pit available to make those summer or autumn nights extra memorable. Imagine the children faces as you toast your own marshmallows and sing songs around the fire pit.
There is some additional secure storage for bikes, kayaks or any water sports equipment you may want to bring to the rear of the property. The property is within walking distance of the nearby lake and there are plenty of cycle paths surrounding the property.
At the very front of Sunset Retreat, there is space for 2 vehicles to be parked.
Sunset Retreat is perfectly located on the West Norfolk coast surrounded by countryside and heritage.
A stone’s throw away from the property is a freshwater lake for your recreation. and just a short walk beyond the lake is the beach and the sea. Wildlife fanatics and keen twitchers can enjoy bird watching walks which are on the doorstep. The nearby nature reserve is a peaceful haven for all of the family.
The bustling and vibrant seaside town of Hunstanton is just a short drive up the road and boasts a whole range of fun activities for you and your family. From well-kept beaches to cafes and amusements.
Norfolk itself is a golfing hotspot with some of the UK’s finest courses including Hunstanton Golf Club, The Royal Cromer Golf Course and Sheringham’s very own immaculately kept 18 hole course.
Kings Lynn is the closest town for keen shoppers with everything from high street names and brands to more individual quirky shops. Kings Lynn also offers a cinema, a theatre, and a whole host of fantastic pubs and restaurants.
There are a number of stately homes throughout Norfolk with the Queen’s very own Sandringham Estate right on the doorstep. Holkham Hall is just down the road and often showcases some of the countries leading musicians and artists.
