    A dog-friendly cottage in Norfolk

    Pebble House is another of our dog-friendly cottages in Norfolk. This wonderful holiday home boasts a wealth of character and sleeps six in three large bedrooms. The high period ceilings give Pebble House a great feeling of space and all of the rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated and furnished.

    The property has been renovated to a very high standard, with modern high-quality interior fixtures and fittings. A genuine home from home property, which is light and airy with period features and a very good WiFi signal.

    Pebble House has a spacious lounge/dining room with TV, DVD player, Bluetooth DAB stereo system and wood burner. There is a  comfortable and cosy second sitting room or playroom, equipped with a TV, Wii games console and games, board games and children’s toy box.

    The fully fitted kitchen has a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer. There is also a ground floor lavatory, plus a heated conservatory which looks out over the back garden.

    The bedrooms are on the first floor. One is a spacious king-size master bedroom, another a large double bedroom and there is a further twin bedded room. There is a large modern family bathroom with a bath, shower, lavatory, hand basin and a separate lavatory with hand basin.

    Outside Pebble House

    The front of Pebble House has a small gravel garden area. To the right side, there is a lockable gate leading to the rear garden.

    The rear garden is laid with patio paving with decorative wooden sleeper edges and raised flower beds. There is a small shed which houses outdoor furniture, a BBQ and buckets and spades for the beach. There is also a picnic table for al-fresco dining in the summer. The rear garden is fully enclosed and is safe and secure for children and dogs.

    Surrounding area

    Pebble House is perfectly situated in a quiet area of Hunstanton to the east of the town centre. The beach, crazy-golf, super kids playground and shops are a short 5 minutes stroll away, as is the expansive lawned area along the cliff tops.

    At the end of the road, just a minute’s walk away, there is a convenience store which is open from 7 am to 9 pm, ideal for any last minute loaves of bread or bottles of wine!

    There is plenty to see and do in Hunstanton.  Seal trips, Sea Life Centre, Oasis swimming pool and soft-play, bowling, kite-surfing, the Rainbow Park funfair with children’s rides and amusements with a local market and plenty of shops.
    There are plenty of places to eat or drink that cater for all tastes and group combinations of family and/or friends.

    Old Hunstanton is just 15 minutes walk away or a few minutes by car, with its wonderfully long, sandy, dog-friendly beaches, which are a hit with windsurfers, kite-surfers and other water-sport fanatics. The Light House and cliffs above Old Hunstanton make a great spectacle, a huge favourite for visitors are the sand-dunes and beach behind the high-quality golf club. There is also The Old Boathouse, opposite the Lifeboat Station if you fancy good coffee, ice-cream and great lunches, right at the beach.

    You will be in great company as nearby is the Sandringham Estate where the Royals holiday in the summer.  Also nearby is Snettisham Beach and Bird sanctuary.

    Kings Lynn

    Kings Lynn would be the place to visit for the hardened shoppers.  The town boasts an improved Quayside with Pubs and Resturants a great place to watch the world go by. You can get ticketed theatre shows in Kings Lynn with various artists appearing year round.  Please check online to see who is in residence and when.  Some quests arrange stays around their favourite artists.

    Other places in easy reach include Burnham Market, Walsingham and Wells-next-the-Sea.
