    Sea Holly, Thornham

Whether you fancy walking, cycling, exploring the coastline or having a round of golf, this cottage is great for a family holiday.  And, after a busy day’s sightseeing, just to retire to this gorgeous cottage is a treat in itself. Beach ½ mile. Shop 200 yards, pub and restaurant 100 yards.

Nestled within the much sought-after seaside village of Thornham, this property has been renovated, furnished and decorated by the owner to a high standard. The former farm worker’s house now provides spacious accommodation for guests who are looking for something special for their holiday. The property has a wood burner and a sun deck, making it a great choice all year round. The cottage was restored at the same time as Sea Lavendar next door and they can be booked together. With this in mind, one of the cottages has a more spacious living room and the other a larger dining area, making it easy to socialise together after a day out exploring the area.

Heading east from here, you will find a string of beautiful coastal villages such as Titchwell, Brancaster and the Burnhams, all with a great habitat including sandy beaches, salt marshes and picturesque quays. Make time to visit Wells-next-the-Sea, with its colourful beach huts, and stop off on the way at one of the many great places to eat. Head west for a change of pace and enjoy all the fun of the fair at Hunstanton with its famous striped cliff faces. Hunstanton and villages to the south (Heacham etc.) are also the only places in Norfolk where you can see the sun setting since usually, the Norfolk coastline faces north or east. There are several golf courses nearby including Brancaster and Hunstanton, multiple bird watching, walking and cycling opportunities and, of course, the Sandringham and Holkham Hall Estates to be explored too.
