Orangery dining area
The kitchen bathes in light emanating from the Orangery. Irresistible lighting creates a wonderful ambience and open plan feel. The orangery also has a feature “starlight” Velux window above an 8 seater dining table ensuring a light atmosphere throughout. An iPod docking station is provided for chilled afternoon acoustics at Caprice.

Navy Double bedroom
This sumptuously decorated bedroom is furnished with an iron bed frame with all the necessary bedroom units. All beds are dressed in quality linens with luxurious cushions, not to mention the squishy mattresses throughout.
Utility room has handy modern compliances such as a washing machine with tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer and a toaster.
The tiered garden is tranquil and peaceful, perfect for soaking up the Norfolk sunshine and breathing in the sea air. Have a spot of lunch al fresco style in a choice of patio areas in the garden and listen to a choir of birdsong from neighbouring trees. Choose between a sweet sunspot in front of the orangery with sweeping flowerbeds, or the wheelchair accessible BBQ area nestled in a tree line, fringed by rockery walls with alpine plants. Beach Hut add-on
A fully furnished beach hut with balcony just 100 yards from the shore on the beautiful sands of Old Hunstanton beach.
Listen to the nesting seabirds in the buckthorn peppered bank and have privacy from passersby. The self-catering beach hut is just a stone’s throw away from a drinking water tap. The hut is also stocked with useful utensils and all cooking gear is provided including a newly purchased gas stove. The interior is painted fresh white with nautical themed décor.

Enjoy bunting, books and birdsong all day long on the famous Old Hunstanton beach.
Kings Lynn would be the place to visit for the hardened shoppers. The town boasts an improved Quayside with Pubs and Resturants a great place to watch the world go by.
You can get ticketed theatre shows in Kings Lynn with various artists appearing year round. Please check online to see who is in residence and when. Some quests arrange their stays around their favourite artists.
There is plenty to see and do in Hunstanton. Seal trips, Sea Life Centre, Oasis swimming pool and soft-play, bowling, kite-surfing, the funfair with children’s rides and amusements with a local market and shops aplenty.
The restaurants are great quality and there are plenty of places to eat or drink that cater for all tastes and group combinations of family and/or friends.
Beautiful Old Hunstanton is just 15 minutes walk away or a few minutes by car, with it’s wonderful long, sandy, dog-friendly beaches, which are a hit with windsurfers and other water-sport fanatics. The Light House and cliffs above Old Hunstanton make a great spectacle, a huge favourite for visitors are the sand-dunes and beach behind the high-quality golf club. There is also The Old Boathouse, opposite the Lifeboat Station if you fancy good coffee, ice-cream and great lunches, right at the beach.
You will be in great company as nearby is the Sandringham Estate where the Royals holiday in the summer. There are lots of visitor events arranged at Sandringham. The Estate is well worth a visit as is the museum in the grounds.
Nearby are Snettisham Beach and Bird sanctuary.
