This country cottage property has all the modern comforts you could want for a short or long break, choose Molly’s Den.

When you first enter the Molly’s Den you are welcomed with an open plan living space.  This is complemented by stunning hardwood oak floors throughout the lower levels of the cottage.

The cottage is equipped with a fully functional kitchen with all the amenities that you would expect at home.

The open plan sitting room and dining area.  The room includes flat-screen TV, wifi, and all the comforts you would want such as DVD’s, books and CD player.

The French doors lead out onto the enclosed courtyard. This offers a dining area suitable for warm summer days or evenings, overlooking the beautiful garden.

An attractive shower room is situated in the downstairs with natural stone tiling and neutral light decor.  Molly’s Den really does have the luxuruious cottage feel too.

A  feature spiral staircase takes you up to the dormer bedroom that has plenty of space.  In the bedroom are twin beds that can be pushed together including handmade mattresses for that extra comfort factor.

To add to your overall comfort there is an air source heating unit.  The unit enables you to keep cooler during those hot summer days and warmer during the colder winter months.

A luxury welcome pack will be waiting for you on your arrival.  The pack, includes tea, real and instant coffee, fresh milk, sugar, biscuits, real butter and local fresh baked bread.

Outside and garden

Molly’s Den has parking space on a gated driveway allowing for 2 parking spaces for your vehicles.

There is also safe storage for motorbikes or bicycles.  Feel free to bring them with you for a more relaxing journey, or to easily commute around the area.

Bicycles can also be hired by the day or half day.  Try pedal power if you wish to take advantage of the surroundings by other means than vehicle or foot.

Surrounding area

Molly’s Den is ideally situated on the West Norfolk coast. From untapped nature to the seaside town of Hunstanton and miles of beaches all around it is a great place to be.

Sea life centre at Hunstanton is a draw as are the Seal colony viewing trips in Wells, Morston and Blakeney. There are Steam train rides at Holt or Sheringham, even boating on The Norfolk Broads a little further afield.

There are a number of stately homes not least and very locally Sandringham Estate which is a great day out.

The property is located in a quiet village which is close to amenities such as local shops, main supermarkets or local pubs and restaurants.

Only 15 minutes from King’s Lynn, for those whole like to shop, the town has everything from town centre shops, retail parks, restaurants in abundance and a particular favourite being the regenerated quayside restaurant and pubs

For those who like a relaxing game of golf, the property is near King’s Lynn golf club, Middleton hall golf club and the royal west Norfolk golf club at Brancaster.
