Well Cottage

Well Cottage

Well Cottage is entered by the front door into the lounge, a present and comfortable room with a homely feel.  A comfortable sofa and chairs with a heater in the fireplace surrounded by a feature coloured wall make this room feel welcoming and cosy.  There is an LCD TV with free-view and a DVD player for your entertainment.

Kitchen
There is a modern clean and the complete kitchen which comes fully equipped.  this allows you to do as much or little home cooking as you feel is needed. There is a small table in the kitchen too. Clearly, Holt is a mecca for pubs, restaurants and cafes.  These are all literally a short walk all around the cottage.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

All of the bedrooms give a relaxing feel and are decorated to a high standard with tasteful colours and finishes. There are bathrooms on both floors which is a great benefit for a holiday cottage.

Downstairs:
There is a bunk bedded room off the kitchen which is a great place for children together with its own en-suite shower room with basin and W.C.

Upstairs:
There is a lovely master double bedroom on the first floor, a great roomy cottage bedroom with double aspect windows to make it feel light and airy.

There is a family bath with separate shower with a washbasin and W.C. just along the landing between the two top floor bedrooms.

Further along the landing, you step down into a further tasteful single bedroom.

Outside and garden

The garden boasts the original well which is capped by an iron grate for safety.  There is room to have a table and chairs in the courtyard.

Parking – there is room for one car parked off road although some of the very large cars might find it a little tight.

Surrounding area

Holt is a Georgian Market Town which has a long and prosperous history.  there are a plethora of shops restaurants and pubs which cater for all tastes.  The range of restaurants alone could keep you in the gym after your holiday for some time.

Royalty has been known to nip over from Sandringham for a browse in Bakers and Larners too.

The seaside is a very short distance away, Blakeney, Cley and Salthouse are closest.  There are more with Sheringham, Cromer and Wells Next The Sea a little further along the coast in each direction.

Plenty of wildlife and picnic opportunities along with stately homes to visit and ice creams to eat.

Take a browse around this site for places to go and things to see.
